“You can run, but you can’t hide.”
I grew up thinking that these immortal words were the genius of Jester, from Top Gun. It turns out that it actually dates back to the 1940s, when boxer Joe Louis was talking about his impending fight with light heavy weight champion Billy Conn. Whatever its background, the adage does feel particularly pertinent to the incoming mandatory adoption of GA4, which is sure to involve some blood, sweat and tears.
Making the transition to GA4
We have written some posts about GA4 but want to do more to help alleviate the concerns that many have with GA4. As I said previously, GA4 isn’t all bad but there is a steep learning curve and it feels incredibly alien when you first make the jump from UA to GA4. It is a masterclass in confusing those who love our old friend UA.
As an agency, we are doing all that we can to get ahead of the curve and make sure that the transition to GA4 is as painless as possible, but we would love to understand more about what it is that worries you the most about GA4. We are planning to publish some GA4 guides and are considering doing some free webinars to support digital marketers in the transition, but need your input.
GA4 Survey – tell us about your experience
We would therefore be hugely grateful if you could spare a few moments to share your thoughts. It is totally anonymous, but you have the option to leave an email address if you would like to be notified of any free GA4 support that we publish in the coming weeks / months.
Please share as much as you can about your thoughts / questions / concerns:
