Browser Media is a digital marketing agency based in Colchester, Essex. We work across all digital channels for a broad range of clients.

We are always interested in hearing from talented individuals who want to build a career in digital marketing. We are happy to consider full and part-time roles.

We don’t recruit to a rigid template. Whether you’re just starting out, a few years into your career, or a seasoned specialist looking for your next move, we’d like to hear from you if you think you’d be a good fit.

What we look for

We are a small, agile agency and are less interested in ticking boxes on a CV and more interested in how you think and work.

That said, there are some core skills and traits that tend to define the people who do well here:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine, demonstrable interest in digital marketing
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and link analysis platforms is a plus
  • The confidence to liaise with people at all levels of seniority, from junior contacts to senior stakeholders
  • A self-starter mentality – dynamic and motivated, but equally comfortable working as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Creative thinking
  • Analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to work
  • The ability to put together clear, concise, client-ready documents

Backgrounds we welcome

We’re open to applicants from all sorts of backgrounds. If you’ve come from a PR or marketing agency environment, we’d be especially keen to talk – but we know good digital marketers come from all sorts of places, and we’re happy to consider anyone who can show us they’ve got what it takes.

Please note that our head office is in Colchester and, whilst we have embraced a hybrid approach to working, you should expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week as we enjoy each other’s company and want to develop a supportive / fun agency culture after too long at home.
