FAQs

How much do you charge?

All our work is based on a fixed day rate, which varies depending on whether it is a monthly retainer (£650+VAT) or a project (£775+VAT). All costs are fixed prior to starting any work. We can ultimately work with any budget – we hope that our transparent day rate helps set realistic expectations about how much time we are able to spend on each client. 95% of our work is on a retainer basis – you are assured of resource each month and enjoy the most competitive rates. We request a 60 day rolling notice period.

Do you outsource work?

No. All work is performed by the Browser Media team, which is exclusively made up of salaried staff, all based in our UK office. We have seen first hand the damage that can be done by low quality outsourced work and will not risk your brand’s reputation online.

What is your team structure?

We are a little unusual (in a great way) in that we are all ‘doers’. We do not have layers of project management that simply adds cost and inefficiency. All our account teams actually roll up their sleeves and work on their client accounts, so will be able to answer all your questions and have an intimate knowledge of your business and your objectives.

Do you have a minimum budget?

Strictly speaking, we do not have minimum budgets and will help wherever we can in the most cost effective manner. In reality, we find it hard to deliver tangible improvements unless we have sufficient time to work on accounts, so we typically recommend at least two calendar days per month as a realistic budget.

Do you specialise in any sector?

No – we are strong believers that variety is the spice of life and we enjoy learning from our experience across a range of sectors. Whilst there are sectors in which we are especially strong (Fintech and Home Interests being the most notable), we relish the challenge of immersing ourselves in a new vertical and are very fast learners. You are the experts in your industry – we are experts at digital marketing. Together, we can achieve great things.

Where are all your awards?

You may notice an absence of navel gazing about awards that we have won. Whilst this is a common practice in agency-land, we take a different approach to most and choose to focus on helping you rather than self-promotion. We have actually won awards, and recognise that they work well in many industries, but made a conscious decision to step away from agency love-ins several years ago.
