We’re looking for an experienced business development / growth / sales manager to start conversations with potential clients who need our help.

We do fantastic work with fantastic clients and we want to have the opportunity to speak to more businesses / organisations who are struggling with their digital marketing and who need our help.

This role demands strong knowledge / experience of digital marketing and proven business development expertise.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • developing a robust business development strategy
    • challenging / refining our proposition
    • identifying key audience(s)
    • producing sales / marketing collateral
    • working with marketing manager to plan marketing activities
    • setting KPIs and measuring efficacy of new business strategies
  • actively working on a variety of new business initiatives
  • owning our sales pipeline
    • responsibility for sales funnel up to first meeting
    • nurturing opportunities
    • managing CRM
  • educating the Browser Media team about new business development

This is a new role for Browser Media and we need a highly motivated self starter who will come armed with ideas and energy rather than waiting to be told what to do. The primary objective will be to open doors and start conversations – our account teams will be able to meet with interested organisations to discuss requirements in more detail and subsequently prepare proposals.

We are happy to consider part time roles and will consider remote working (especially London based individuals), although regular meetings in our Colchester office must be expected.

The package

We will offer a competitive package based on a basic salary and performance related bonus. We offer private health care, subject to an initial probation period.
