After reading my My Five #149 last week, Sean Smith at SproutSocial.com reached out to me to share his infographic and blog post about the connection between SEO and social media.
It’s a great article aimed at social media managers, explaining the link between SEO and social and how the techniques that work for SEO translate into social media marketing.
The blog post rightly says that there is not yet any concrete evidence to suggest that social directly influences or benefits search rankings but explains that businesses should combine their strategies for both and how techniques should overlap.
